Microsoft just announced Lumia 435 (http://www.microsoft.com/en-in/mobile/phone/lumia435-dual-sim/specifications/) and Lumia 532 (http://www.microsoft.com/en-in/mobile/phone/lumia532-dual-sim/specifications/), both affordable and premium. Lumia 435 will probably be the the first Lumia to cost below 5K INR at the release.
